Meet Malana, Founder of MWCMoms & Building Generations
Developing a love for reading and writing
from her parents,
Midwest City, Oklahoma-native Malana Bracht dreamed of being an author and content
creator since elementary school. Enduring many adversities due to generational poverty, Malana struggled with
hope for the future. She was radically transformed, coming
face-to-face with Jesus at the age of 15.
In 2014, he married a Jesus-loving man named Travis. Over the next
eight years, Malana learned healed & discovered how to build a life-giving home & family life. She earned her B.A. degree in Family Life Education from UCO, birthed four children, went on a cross-country adventure in Charleston, SC for three years, and then came home in 2022 with one mission: build strong families in the model city of Midwest City, Oklahoma.
Through the power of testimony, biblical truths, and family education principles, Malana founded MWC Moms to give moms-to-be and families strengthening
tools and connection to community, as well Building Generations as social services organization to give families in Midwest City hope of a better future through social services & equipping resources. With Jeremiah 29:11 and Isaiah 61:1 as her life scriptures, Malana believes if the Lord can do it for her and her family, he will do it for others too!
